​​OUTDOOR FLIGHTS

According to the current law, the aerial shoots have to take place during the day and with a favourable weather conditions to guarantee the visual contact between the pilot and the drone.

 

This law also delimits the zones where to carry on the aerial shoots. The flights are allowed in non urban areas without agglomeration of people.

 

The Ministry of Public Works and Transport of Spain approved the regulation 1036/2017 more flexible and permissive approach. Despite the law is approved, it has not yet been approved.
